It’s July, the seventh month of the year, so that must mean its time for Charlottes 7th 10k of the year. This time she was supported by Rose.

Charlotte is well on course to complete her goal of 12, 10K’s in 1 year. Only 5 more to go Charlotte. Everyone involved with Hard Yards is extremely proud of Charlotte and she is a real inspiration to all of us. Charlotte has been supported by all of Hard Yards members throughout the year, with her training and runs. A special thanks goes to two people Rose and Alice, both of whom run with Charlotte on Saturdays at Parkrun and on some of her 10K’s. Well done ladies.

Today marked the 7th out of 12 10km event of the year. Special shout out to Rose Greenwood who ran with me today, kept me company and overall made my running experience so much better than it would have been had I done it alone! Thanks Rose you legend! We managed to get round and finish just as the sun was creeping out and enjoyed a nice overcast morning followed by a big breakfast. This is all leading up to my half marathon in November – safe to say I’m bricking it!
