Mental Health Support

Hard Yards Running Club does not provide any mental health care or therapy. For anyone who is struggling with anxiety or depression, there are mental health support services available for you to access, whatever you’re going through.

NHS urgent mental health helplines are for people of all ages.

If it’s an emergency or you need urgent help.

  • If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 or go to A&E now
  • If you need help urgently for your mental health, but it’s not an emergency, get help from NHS 111 online or call 111

Your mental health is as important as your physical health. You will not be wasting anyone’s time.

You can call for:

-24-hour advice and support – for you, your child, your parent or someone you care for
-help to speak to a mental health professional
-an assessment to help decide on the best course of care

The NHS Urgent Helpline number is 0800 953 0285, this is a 24/7 number.
